I'm Alex, the owner of RatioMc. Currently, we are releasing KitPvP very soon! (Sometime next week)
Me and my team have worked very hard working on the KitPvP server but the plugin side is not that great. It could be improved as me and my admin are semi-new to development. Instead of releasing a bit more complex gamemode and developing it ourselves, we are looking for someone more experienced.
VERSION: So far we are based on 1.8.8, but for the new gamemode we may do a higher version.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Java developer with good experience that knows what there doing to help develop a possible new server game mode (added to our network). We have a small but very "powerful" in a way community that loves the work we do.
What we will supply you:
We will supply you with full access to a dev server connected to our network as well as the permissions you need, for whatever you need. Me and my admins will respond to any help or questions you need.
What we need from you:
Summer is starting so hopefully you have a bit extra time. Of course, we don't expect you to be working all day every day, breaks are required! As a developer for RatioMc, you would take over making our ideas a reality. We will always give you all information needed for a project, we would also be understanding if something does not work out or if a certain feature is out of your understanding. Currently, I have a doc full of features we would need coded from you for our upcoming server.

. Because we are a smaller network we can't offer you a full-time job with hourly payment . Instead here is what we can offer. I know the server will make a profit and as long as I make back what I've put into the server (hosting, builds, etc) I would be willing to pay you the rest. This seems a bit strange but of course, this can be negotiated. What I'm looking for might also be a newer developer attempting to get a portfolio.Before committing it's always a good idea to learn a bit about us:
