About Me
Hey everyone! My name is Joseph, I'm currently offering my Managerial services to those who are seeking. I offer more than just being a staff manager, and am willing to do anything I am tasked with. I'm 18 years old and I am going into my sophomore year of college, I'm currently double majoring in Computer Science and Bussiness Administration.
I was born in the US and live on the East Coast. I graduated top 50 of my high school classes in 2019. I enjoy playing a variety of games--from Minecraft to CS:GO, I find fun in everything I play! Ive played Minecraft since 2012, for about 8 years now, Ive staffed on countless servers, but as I get older, managerial services, seem best fit for me. I hope that we can one day work together.
What do I do?
Staff Management:
Staff Management includes Applications, Weekly Staff Meetings, Staff Testing, and reviewing your Staff's accomplishments over the course of their role. I will manage your team, to make sure your staff members have the skills, knowledge, and experience, to ensure your company is run by the best staff members available.
Social Media Management:
I will run your team or company's Social Media Pages. Posting announcements, creating polls, hosting events, and making sure your followers are interested in your product, are just some of the social media skills offered.
Forum/Website Management:
Management Outside of the company, such as Forums, and Website, are great ways to get your customers involved in polls, giveaways, and events. As a Forum/Website Manager, I assure your customers will not be bored with roaming around the webpage. I will post surveys and polls to make sure your customers like where your company is heading. I will also write detailed threads/forum posts for updates, staffing, and more. I will create formats for applications, and many other events, as well.
Sales Store Management:
If your company sells through an online store or deals with ads, I will manage all aspects of the sales for you, so you can sit back, and collect.
Customer Management:
For Companies, I offer Customer Management, where I receive requests from customers, and deliver them to your team. I reply to threads on forums, such as MCM, to try and assure your service, has orders for all of your team to fill.
Discord Setups:
If your company has a large customer base or even small, a Discord Server would be an ideal communication device, for your customers to contact staff, or just have a fun time. I set up the Discord Server with Ranks, Chat Rooms, Categories, Bots, and every other aspect your business needs, to take orders, or run a player base.
If I do not offer a skill that is requested, message me. I may be able to complete the task or even learn the skill for you.
What am I looking for?
I am looking for multiple Minecraft Based Companies here on MCM to manage and work for. I have very good time management skills, to prioritize my time throughout all of the servers and companies I am employed with. I am looking for a place to grow your company, where I can also grow as a person, and gain skills, to improve my overall management.

Q: What makes you better than other managers out there?
A: What makes me better is the fact that I believe in more of a personalized approach. Unlike many managers who only talk to their staff team under stressful or important circumstances, I attempt to interact with the team as much as possible. It inevitably strengthens the bond between the staff members and the server and makes their time much more enjoyable.
Q: What can you dedicate to the server? (i.e., time, resources, etc.)
A: I can dedicate around 4-8 hours per day, depending on what is needed and my personal schedule. I’m able to help up with any part of getting the server ready for release or the next map, and can somewhat operate Xenforo and Buycraft. Even though my job is to train current or new staff members to work on the staff team, I will also partake in trivial jobs, such as answering questions in chat and moderating the server.
Q: You haven’t been a manager on large-scale servers yet, so how can I know that you’ll do well on my server?
A: Well, there really is no definite answer to that. Much like everyone else, you can’t know how someone will do until you’ve given them a shot to prove themselves. I can, however, vouch that with my various experiences as a staff member, some being on large servers, has prepared me for taking on a job as manager on a larger server.
Q: Are you familiar with my server’s game mode?
A: I am familiar with Factions, Skyblock, KItPvP, PotPvP (HCF, KitMap, Practice, etc.), Prison, and Survival servers. I’ve owned two factions servers, helped out a friend with his Skyblock server and Prison server, and have been staff on KitPvP and PotPvP servers.
