They oversell, because they resell from OVH most hosts offer OVH reselling for $3/GB!

You could buy a cheap 4gb vps from ovh I have a dedi from ovh and I've had no issues. people claim customer support is crap but I've contacted them many time and get a proper response in English aswell so.
