One time, I did not pay on time, this was due to being on vacation. The server was terminated, and I lost all files. Luckily, they kept my files for over a month in a half in their database, and the manager of the company was happy to help me retrieve my important files, and reinstated all of them with a blink of an eye.

They oversell, because they resell from OVH most hosts offer OVH reselling for $3/GB!
