I'm creating a Semi-OP Factions server, InfusionMC.

I just need a few more things done until the server is able to release, one of these things is GroupManager.

I'm looking for a GroupManager setup or custom config, 7 donor ranks, 3 YT ranks and 4 staff ranks.
