Whats up guys,

We are SpunkyNetwork, a network with more than 900 unique joiners.
Because of our old developer leaving, our network isn't really moving forward at the moment.
So you probably guessed it right, we are looking for a new one.

These requirements should be met.
- You need to be able to code custom plugins, like game modes and admin plugins.
- Be able to communicate in English + Write it without mistakes because our server is English.
- You have to have a lot of time to work on the server.
- A positive attitude.
- A lot of experience (show this with examples of previous projects you've worked on)

What you can expect from us!
- A nice workplace and community.
- A lot of happy players because they can play the games WE want them to be able to play.
- A high position in the staff-team.
- A Monthly salary between 35-60 dollars, depends on how you’re working.

You’ll have to sign a small virtual contract which has our terms in it.

Sorry what? You expect someone to work for $60 PER MONTH?
That is fucking ridiculous.

How about you value the developer who works for you properly and actually get a correct budget before even attempting to hire a developer. Granted, most of the devs on this site work for peas (their work projects that), but there's still no excuse for expecting someone to work for you on $60/m and have any motivation throughout the month to do anything for you?

I charge $20/hour, so add a few zeros and I might think about it.
