You must be the best act at the circus! Yeah, no one here is going to develop free plugins for your server unless you pay right away. What happens if your server gets no donations? What will you do then?

I've seen other threads like this before that have attracted developers with no payment at all, and no planned payment either.
I don't understand why you had to trash my thread.

Then they were most likely doing small plugins to learn. You may be able to get some developer (with very little knowledge) to work for you, but the chance for even that is pretty low.

Or someone might be in a good mood and just want to develop a plugin for free, although unlikely you never know.

They're generally new to coding and are doing it for vouches or as practice. Professional developers cost money.

Wouldn't necessarily say this is a site for freelancers at all. I know several people who have gotten monthly paid jobs through mcm connections.

As to OP I doubt anyone who really knows what they're doing is going to do this for free. And if someone that bad does, you'd be wasting your money by paying them if you even made donations.

Don't mean to be a debbie-downer, but if you have no money to back up your server for even advertisements or anything of that sort, I really doubt your server will be very successful.

I don't have not have any money, but It's very very limited. Hopefully, the server will grow and over time we will get money and be able to afford more things for it, such as paying developers. The server is low-budget now, but a lot of big servers were probably once low-budget.

Best advice honestly, save up some money. Work a job or if you partake in artwork or anything of that sort, do some commissions. Don't ask for free work because:

A. You'll just be slammed with hate

B. You'll get an inexperienced developer that probably is just starting off.
