Anyone can build what matters is the quality and time it takes. You'll have a higher chance of finding a customer if you post a portfolio or screenshots of what you could do and a general price for the builds and how long it would take. A good portion of people are looking for fewer hassles so making them contact you just to see your work isn't the best of an idea.
