Do not purchase from this user! I paid $20 for an ad, and was highly unsatisfied. Getting joins, yes they did their job in that department. However, service wise? Nope. Worst Service provided I have ever received. I paid my $20, I was told I would receive my service within 1-2 days. It took 3 days, I know its not a big deal taking an extra day, but the point is he only delayed my ad since someone paid more? How selfish is that? Not only did that occur, but when I asked for a refund since in the terms of service it stated "No refunds unless service not provided" this guy said that means if you get less joins, but that is part of a service, and it strictly says "NO" he has a terms of service that counteracts its self which is very stupid.
After forcing me to give him a few more hours above waited time I had to comply to waiting, as he would not let me get my refund for what he said as he stated that it was about "joins" when clearly it wasn't. I was 100% legible for a refund. He just wanted to keep the money I paid.
After he posted the ad in the discord server, the joins came through as expected. However, the plan that I purchased which can be shown through the attachment below clearly shows that I receive 2 giveaway pings, yet he only said he would give me 1 giveaway ping due to that ad-price being "outdated" when there was no other ad-price posted. I had paid when those ad-prices were shown.
His terms of service never stated to me agreeing to them when purchasing a product or at any given time, yet he is speechless but still doesn't have to give a refund? It just makes no sense. Very displeased with the services offered. He is so worried about his reputation that he keeps wondering what I am going to write, well here you go mate. Here is what has been written.
Disclaimer: He even deleted his current #ad-prices??? Coincidence? I think not... he refuses to give me the ad-buyer role in his discord as I would write a negative review and he does not want any harm to his reputation. He says this is unfair, yet he doesn't have to compensate the money owed? Like what?
