Info: Hey all! I am looking for a full-time developer who is dedicated and is willing to work with us long-term. I plan on paying $150 monthly, we can negotiate if necessary. I do have some requirements however.

Requirements:
➠ Must have a good reputation on the MC Market
➠ Must not be involved with any other large projects
➠ Must contribute at least 15-20 hours weekly

"full-time" isn't actually 60 hours a month, its actually on average 130 hours per month, so half that 2.50 ;D

I agree lol; might want to consider increasing the salary, especially to someone who could be making at least $1000 a month with what they're specialized in. Also, you might want to specify what kind of Developer you're looking for, because it seems pretty broad to just say "Developer". Best of luck!
