(closed) Hello. I am looking for someone to develop a spigot/bukkit plugin to track specific players. I have looked all around but haven't found anything close to what I am looking for for this plugin. I've even tried coding it myself but I can't figure out a way to do it.

//DESIRED PLUGIN FEATURES
/track <player> | this makes a dark red "^" come up just above the hotbar/health area and the arrow follows the player being tracked along the x-axis as long as the player is looking at the player being tracked within 90° and -90°, but when the player who's tracking the other player turns 90° or -90° away from the player being tracked, the "^" turns to a "<" or ">" accordingly to show which direction the player is when not facing the player head-on.
