Hi, My name is aCquaNATUS the Co-Owner of Echo Rift, an unreleased Minecraft multi-game mode server. The Owner and I are currently looking for a Operator to assist, for we have hectic day to day schedules. We are not looking for someone to put in financially, (if you can it will be a perk) but someone who can continue leading our staff team and uphold our vision for the server. We request that you have at least 3 years experience of Ownership or Co-ownership. If you are interested or have any questions. Wouldn't "Manager" or "Operator" suit this role better?

From your thread it looks like you're looking for a Staff Manager and in my experience, Co-Owner seems really unprofessional and sometimes childish.

Please don't see this as me trying to trash your thread or call you childish, I am just giving you some advice from my experience.

Also, on that note, I would be happy to be a "Manager" or "Operator" in-charge of the Staff but not Co-Owner.

I see where you are coming from. The reason i say owner type role is because as I said me and the owner will be really busy soon due to work and we would still like a owner type position to be present when we cant.

In my experience the more suited and professional terminology for this would be "Operator" because they handle the same as the Owner(s). They have the same responsibility as well.
