I am looking at possible candidates for a Staff Management Position on our upcoming network. This position has the possibility of being paid provided we find the right candidate. Below will have stated requirements and what we expect of you. Please go ahead and have a read of the rest of the thread and we'll go from there.
ABOUT THE SERVER:
Very briefly, Our project, SurvivalSMP, is a server with a focus on the survival game mode, with a lot of accessibility and simple concepts that are reimplemented for a better gameplay experience. We have a lot of custom plugins and are working on something that is for everyone as a whole not just one group of "pvp" people "build" people etc. Our team truly believes in the project and knows how successful this network can be.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
All your investing is your time, if you think you would quit a month into this and move on somewhere else this is not for you. Our first servers failed miserably and took over three months to turn around to gold. Effort and a great personal understanding of your time investment are advised.

- Proven experience in server staff management
- Strong communication & people skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- US or EU based
- Ability to speak/write in English proficiently
- Lead and oversee the staff team, including moderators, builders, and developers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Ensure staff adherence to server rules and policies.
- Identify staffing needs and recruit new team members.
- Conduct interviews and vetting processes for potential staff.
- Organize training sessions and resources for new and existing staff members.
- Regularly evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to the staff members and us.
- Set performance goals and track progress.
