Hello. Selling yet again another factions server that I made. Server is complete with spawn, shop, grinder, configs, everything. Server has good potential and is very professional, all you need is some advertising and this server will be well underway. All builds are built to a good standard by myself, proof belowThis sale is just for the files. There is a large custom terrain area around spawn for warzone, makes things look nice.

Server Info:
Builds: Spawn, PvP Arena, Mob-Grinder, Shop, SpawnerShop. All builds made to a very high standard by me. Pvp is just outside of spawn and also has a warp.
Ranks: The default rank is "Member" There is also Helper, Moderator, Admin and Owner for staff ranks. There is Coal, Iron, Gold, Diamond, Emerald for donor ranks. Each rank has its own kits and perks such as mining spawners etc.
Scoreboard: There is a scoreboard to display information for players.
Warp: /warp brings up a warp GUI.
Voting: There is Votifier and GAListener installed on the server and fully configured to look nice and give items and money plus a crate key when a player votes.
Crates: There are 3 crates. Vote, Common and Rare. Each crate has good loot and is fully setup.
Custom Enchantments: Able to buy and enchant custom enchantments.
ClearLag: Custom clearlag message.
Essentials: Custom essentials message colors and text. Makes essentials messages look alot nicer then the plain ugly essentials messages.
Kits: 3 member kits and a kit for each donor rank and a few more kits such as "raid"
Auctions: Players can auction items with /auc

MobStacker: A plugin to reduce lag so it stacks nearby mobs into one mob. Great for player grinders. Keeps mobs in 1 mob.
Kills: When you kill a mob, animal or player you get money.
Extras: Server has things such as randomTP, /rtp teleports a player to a random spot in the world. Worldborder set at 10k blocks. Autoannouncer announces stuff with a nice prefix. NoCheatPlus and a chat manager plugin. Server also has McMMO. Obsidian breaks with 5 hits of tnt. MobArena is on the server but I never bothered to build an arena for it.
