2. Do not chargeback at any point, if you have an issue with the plugin come to me first
3. I have the right to deny, or cancel the development of requested plugin at any time with a reason
4. You must pay 50% upfront, or 100% upfront.
5. Do not claim my plugins as your own

HCF/Practice cores (Pay large sums, or go find a premade one. We already have enough of these in the market.)
