Server Intro:
At the moment, we have just a survival server that is released. 5 months ago we were hitting 45+ players on the weekends (AMAZING for pixelmon) and doing well. Unfortunately, life happened with me and I didn't have any time to dedicate to the server over the summer. Plans:
I have a whole new custom game mode planned. I've group commissioned a massive quests plugin for 2,000$, have had all the builds done, and everything is going great. This is planned to be much bigger than our survival server and we already have a ton of interest. What You'll be doing:
I need pretty much a second me. Someone who has no other staff position anywhere else, and is willing to spend their free time doing what I have been doing. I'll still be there, but I've run this all by myself for 10 months and I really need some help now. Payment:
Yes! Of course, you'll get paid. The goal of the server at the moment is not for profit, and I've put pretty much all the money back into the server. However, I do expect to make a good amount from the custom game mode, and you'll definitely make some money from that. Reqs:
Previous Server administrating experience: Knows how to work with mods, plugins, LP, that stuff. Can update mods and plugins from the FTP
Willing to talk to the community, as I have built a close relationship with the staff and players.
You must not be staff anywhere else at the time, and I'm not looking for a mcm freelancer who just server hops for the money. I need someone really dedicated and in it for the long run.
Decent Pokemon/Pixelmon knowledge. You don't have to be a pixelmon/pokemon scholar, but knowing the basics is always a plus. About Me:
I ran my first server in 2013, and have had a love of the game since. I've run a total of 3 small kitpvp servers back in the day, and just last year decided to start this project as an actual large server instead of a small community. My goal is to have a community where people have an actual choice in what happens with the server by running many discord polls for weekly additions and new features.
