Colocation services

Looking around right now as I'm interesting in colocating 1-4 servers (depending on the pricing scaling) and looking around. I'm looking to colocated storage servers (4x 8TB HDDs each + boot ssds) and renting them out myself as I have access to hardware from my work, but having issues finding pricing online. Theres one I found and have been using as a baseline, intraservers, as they do 1u for 95/m, 2u for 110/m, and 4u for 150/m. I'm more interested to know how some people are offering things like dedicated servers for $50-60 a month when the colocation price alone is more than that. I understand there are companies that own multiple full racks and the cost per 1u is lower since they're paying more upfront, but pricing like that is crazy to me even with hardware costs involved (the hardware is e3 series cpus so I understand its old and cheap to rent out but still).

If anyone knows of websites that have cheaper or better colocation pricing please let me know, or if you're someone here who colocates hardware, reply or send me a PM to your website. Looking for a gigabit connection as uploading 32TB of data at 100mbps is gonna suck.
