Community Manager Role

Hey all,

I am currently working with others to spin up a professionally-managed factions server.

While this thread is marked as "Requesting", I am trying to get a feel for both the talents and personalities of varying individuals on MC Market. We are currently in the process of recruiting team members (not staff) for our factions server.

Our main goal is to recruit people that provide value both to our overall team and server. (however, this specific role falls underneath both team and server)

• Team Role - Involves tasks which provide value to the entire server/community/network overall. (content, information, infrastructure, etc.)
  
• Server Role - Involves tasks which provide value to the specific server at hand. (events, process, community engagement, builds, etc.)

We are currently looking for a single individual to fill the role below.

Community Manager
This is an unpaid role. (subject to change) This role entails engaging directly with the community and an in-depth understanding about the type of server they will be managing.

• Responsible for player engagement
• Coordinates and sets up events
• Understands the server and what its core values are
• Has a detailed understanding about factions servers
• Actively looking to improve the server's assets
• ...and more

I kind of figured this.

I was mainly curious about the different sorts of feedback I would receive and if there was any potential.

I'll keep this bait out there until the server is close to ready, then I'll create postings for the paid positions. But thanks for letting me know this! I'm still a bit rusty on here.
