About the Role:
As the Community Team Manager, you will be responsible for:- Community Engagement: Interacting with our community to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Event Planning: Organizing and overseeing events such as minigames and community activities.
- Team Coordination: Collaborating with other staff members to bring fresh ideas and improvements to the server.
Requirements:
- Age: Must be 16 or older.
- Experience: Extensive experience with Minecraft servers, particularly bending servers.
- Professionalism: Strong leadership and communication skills, with a professional attitude.
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $20 per month (Depending on competence and server growth).
- Growth Potential: As the server grows, your earnings will increase mostly as well.
