Hello,

First I would like to start off by saying this project offers pay, full payment. You will not be paid just for your art but for the rights to it. You are not to claim it as yours after this project, it will be the companies.

Their will be a contract in place for this project, however, pay is not right away. We have one sponsor, and after that we are opening our kickstarter around next week. The kickstarter will fund us the money to pay our artists, devs, and all of the above.
Our team already has the voice actors lined up with their auditions, and we are currently getting everything panned out. If you are curious to as what this game is like, picture hide n' seek, TTT, Deceit, or Among us. I will be looking for quite a few people, we are only starting off with a few character and weapon designs, maybe a frontal picture of one or two of the maps.

Would just like to clarify, this isn't the small commissions you are used to. This is a full blown project that will continue after completion. We won't be doing things the way everyone likes them, we aren't going to pay you loads of money prior to you completing anything. A contract would be in place for everything.

I guess you should post this somewhere else. And most importantly, only post it when you have the money available. You won't get any artists working before any payment. I recommend 99design.
