Oh so on payment you must confirm that you made that payment basically and by clicking it you get it. If you don’t, your loss?

I'll be honest, I am not fully sure. Never bought anything on Cosmic or Saico.

It's a way to confirm that the payment made belongs to the account so that if a player accepts the item but someone else paid and that person charges back, they are still responsible.

Basically to counteract player1 from purchasing goods for player2 and then player1 charges back getting player2 banned.
