Hey so most of you know from Cosmic PvP when you purchase something it would appear in a /confirm I was wondering if anyone knew of a plugin for this or would be kind enough to make it

It's a way to confirm that the payment made belongs to the account so that if a player accepts the item but someone else paid and that person charges back, they are still responsible.

Basically to counteract player1 from purchasing goods for player2 and then player1 charges back getting player2 banned.
