Welcome to ConquestMC, we're a large competitive SG server currently in BETA development (Version 1.8+), looking for prospective staff members. We boast brand deals with affluent Minecraft YouTubers, tournaments with large prize pools containing real cash or in-game prizes, and a staff team comprised of veteran staff members from Hypixel, Mineplex, MMC, and other large networks.

>What we're looking for:
We're currently recruiting experienced and dedicated staff who are motivated to pursuing a goal related to maintaining the order on our server. We are extremely selective with our staff recruitment process, and value past experience in leadership & moderation.

We're currently in the process of starting second-wave recruitment; we already have an established staff team, and are simply looking to recruit more value to our roster!

>Perks:
- Our owners have nearly 10 years of experience in Ownership & growth of Minecraft multiplayer servers.
- We boast a large budget in regards to advertising & server development, aiming to compete with the likes of top existing servers.
- Strong & experienced staff team with huge capacity for growth.
- Opportunity to work towards paid positions & administrative jobs.
- The server has maps built by a professionally commissioned build team, as well as harboring a dedicated [permanent] build team that has years of experience.
- Large community with a discord that already boasts 1,000 players with very little advertising.
- Opportunity to work on different staff sub-teams depending on your skillset & interests, such as working in Staff Recruitment, Appeals, Gameplay QA testing, or Community Management.

>Requirements:
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Must have a valid Minecraft account with good standing - no permanent bans on any server.
- Must have a working Microphone and access to Discord.
