Hey Everyone! ConvictedMC is hiring staff members in order to support and ensure clean behaviour of the community. ConvictedMC is a Prison server run by JustLandon, we are hoping for our server to grow with a friendly environment and give our playerbase utmost best experience they can have on a Prison Server. In order for this to happen, we need determined, matured staff that will help us make this project succell.

The Helper Role:
The Helper position is where most accepted applicants would start of at. This position is a completely voluntary role where you are able to help out the server. You would have access to a few staff permissions, access to staff chat, access to new features and servers. This is also a chance to prove to us that you are capable of becoming the Moderator position, in which you will have more staff-related facilities.

Staff Expectations:
Our Staff Team are expected to follow the same rules and regulations as our players. Just because you are a Staff, it will not give you the right to break rules. Therefore, you can be punished the exact same way as our players would be punished. We expect you to engage with the community and we do expect you to have some experience to be capable of controlling situations where they may appear, even if you're the only staff member online. You need to understand that the punishments you make should benefit the community and our server. Afterall, you are the person representing the server and you should be the go-to person.
