I really enjoy doing things such as Sports, Gaming, or just hanging out with my friends. I take my work very seriously and maintain a 3.9 GPA which is very good. I am very easy to get along with and I make new friends
very easily. During my time in Minecraft I have grown to love the game. I spend my time collecting OG accounts. However, I have lost interest in collecting accounts because it isn't as fun to be me anymore.
Previous experience:
Badlion Network - For the Badlion network I was actually not a Staff or Community Manager but I still like making sure anyone who wants me apart of their server to know what I am capable of.
Badlion (Resigned due to bias and disrespect of other staff members) Okay, so I first applied for Badlion in April of 2015. I was accepted 2 weeks later and started hosting right away.
This was when Badlion had no health indicator when shooting someone and not kill top or any of that stuff. I was a Trainee for about a month and kept hosting daily. It took up a whopping amount of time
out of my day which I didn't like at the time because I didn't have straight A’s in school which is required for me. I want to first address that this problem won't happen anymore because I consistently
keep my grades to straight A’s and have a lot of free time. After my month of being a Trainee I couldn't take the disrespect of the staff. They were very ignorant towards those who made the littlest mistakes
which made me angry. I resigned a little bit after that experience. During my time as a host, I hosted about 30 games because I hosted everyday for a month. I was just about to become a full host and was called by
many, “their favorite host.” This was something that actually made me want to stay, but I couldn't handle the disrespect so I resigned.
MCGamer Network - I was accepted as a MCGamer moderator in the summer of 2015. This was a great experience for me as a player, and a person in general. I know that I resigned for the staff reasons,
but during the time of me being a moderator, I learned the skills of a good moderator. There is this stereotype going around that people think “MCSG Moderators are terrible.” I didn’t want this to
revolve around me. Because of this I told myself everyday that I was going to go one step further than I initially expected too. During the time of me being a moderator I got on the forums, server,
and teamspeak every single day. I put forth so much effort towards the servers and I don’t regret it at all. That is why I am a great choice as a staff manager at your server because of how much effort
and dedication I will put towards the servers. I will get on the server, forums, and teamspeak everyday and show my dedication towards the players, and hopefully it will rub off on other players.
DynastyUHC - (Resigned due to me quitting) Alright onto Dynasty. I was a host on Dynasty for an unknown time, because I forgot how long it was ;c. During this time, I figured out how much I really
enjoyed to be a UHC host. It was a very enjoyable experience and I loved hosting around 2-3 UHC’s a day. Dynasty was owned by a man named Melon and I thought he was A great server owner. My favorite
game mode to host on Dynasty was LMS. I probably over hosted that game which caused me to host a lot more of a variety on other servers because I didn't want to over host one specific gamemode. I sadly
resigned from Dynasty because I wanted to quit Minecraft at the time. I came back a while later and regretted leaving at all. I know you guys aren’t asking for hosting experience, but this is also great
moderating experience because I still had to handle hackers, and just cheaters in general.
Velocity MC - I was first accepted as a helper on Velocity in the summer of 2015. I was a helper on Velocity for a good 2 months. They however decided to have a staff reset because of the other staff members.
FadeCloud - Here at FadeCloud I was a staff manager and a head administrator. I highly enjoyed my time at FadeCloud but had to resign due to personal problems in my life. The whole staff team understood why I
had to resign and they respected my decision.
MetroHCF - I was an owner of MetroHCF that actually cooped up around 40-50 players on average. This server was the server that I owned and I was very proud of what it came to be. However, the big purge of HCF
servers that came into play kind of drove mine to the ground. This is a huge reason why I am applying here because I love the concept of HCGangs.
Hypixel - For Hypixel I was a Moderator. Yes, I made it past the helper stage and was a moderator. I was a moderator for Hypixel for actually about 7 months before resigning. I resigned from Hypixel because I was
planning on quitting Minecraft. However, I decided not to quit Minecraft but Hypixel decided to not re-hire me...
Have you ever worked with HCF or Practice before? Yes, I have actually worked with a couple other practice servers that aren't listed above. I have worked with Sarefine Practice until I resigned. I have also worked with some random practice servers. I would also consider Badlion a Practice server even though they aren't strictly PotPvP.

I believe that I have a lot of experience in being a staff member because I've been a staff member on a few servers. Starting off, I've been a head-admin on a very old server which doesn't exist anymore called ChalexUK / MCsurvivalists. I've learned a lot since that was my first time being a staff member. I learned that there are a lot of toxic players in the community of minecraft. I also learned on how to deal with them and how to moderate a minecraft server. Then I moved onto being a Moderator/Admin on StaticVortex. There is where a lot of new plugins and assets had been developing for minecraft. I had learned about a lot of new plugins and their characteristics. Furthermore, the minecraft community got even more toxic and pvp started to become the main "thing" in minecraft. People started to hack for loot or just to make other people's days worse. After that server was sold to another person, I was removed from the staff team since the new owner had his own team. Almost at the same time, I moved onto Shadowblockz where bans come left and right. I had banned a lot of people in my experiance as a staff member on Sbn. Sbn taught me new ways to check people if they're alting. I am still a staff member till this day on that server. I was also recently promoted to Admin on it. I am very dedicated in doing my job but I'd like to mvoe onto a new place.

My friend used to own a network with HCF and Practice and I was just a regular member that played on it daily. I am quite familiar with how both servers work.

I've been playing this sport for 6 years now, and I compete in International and national tournaments. I was staff on all 3 of those servers, so stop trashing kiddo.I highly recommend you to not accept him, for one he lied about becoming Staff on Badlion, Hypixel and FadeCloud since his username never joined the actual server

As you are trying to maintain a professional profile, I'd recommend you do not immediately despise this users comment entirely. With a Manager position you will be required to be a polite and professional asset of CoreMC, to all members of the community, even the 9 year old squeakers
This user isn't trashing as his statements could potentially be positive, I think it would be of great assistance if you could provide the thread creator of proof of your work on large servers.

I'd just like to point this out, you have 5 different administrative positions that all have the same, if not similar, duties. This is highly unnecessary and rather unprofessional, what's the point of having 5 ranks that are just there to look over another rank? To make things a tad more organized you could always split up the admins into system administrators, community managers, and a human resources officer. Sure, it's still 3 administrative groups however, they all have completely separate roles that are vital to running a network successfully and smoothly. Another thing, typically administrators don't tend to moderating in game or on the forums as that is the moderators job. I am no way trying to tell you how to run your network or trashing your thread, I am simply trying to suggest ways to improve your server. Take care.
