Coupon/Discounts Website for Sale (not minecraft related)

So first of all this is in no way Minecraft related.

I know some of you out there are up for new things and new business ideas so this is a website I'm selling that I've been sitting on for awhile.

This is a Wordpress powered site with a premium theme (license will transfer to you).
I've modified the original theme quite a bit to make it look a little unique.

All the site really needs to succeed is for someone to actually post coupons onto it (just research the coupons on Google and paste em into the admin control panel with Wordpress).

Pros:
- BUILT IN AD SYSTEM to display ad codes, perfect for Google ads or anything else
- zero programming experience needed
- SEO optimized for google search results
- premium theme that's been customized well
- SEO friendly + great one word .NET for couponing niche
- automatically mobile friendly!

Cons:
- labor intensive to add all the coupon codes (can be outsourced on sites like Fiverr)
- you'll have to advertise it or try to get the momentum going for visitors
- could use some hand written content like blog articles
