Create an icon based on already created logo

Hello,

I have a server logo, which is basically a stylized text, which I want to create a square icon from.
I want to be able to use this icon for the minecraft icon, discord icon, etc.
The icon must have the letters "BMC" in the same exact style as the full logo.
