Croc can refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Sales trashing will not be tolerated and will be reported to forum staff.​

Transactions of $50 USD or more will always be handled through an escrow service to protect both parties involved.
It will be one of following services only:
Sedo
Flippa
Undeveloped
Namecheap Marketplace
Godaddy Marketplace

For transactions less than $50 USD, an alternate form of payment will be accepted.
PayPal - If reputation rating is at least 95%
BTC/LTC/ETH - If reputation rating is less than 95%

That would take a long time to pay off if you only paid $5/week, so no. If you want to BIN the domain, you need to pay all at once. Sorry.

If you don't mind me asking.. Why not paypal if rep is below 95%? Quite a lot of people are doing a similar thing as you are now and I'm not entirely sure why it is. What if the buyer were to go first?

Chargebacks are a real problem in this marketplace. And if the escrow option is used, I can list it on Namecheap's Marketplace if desired and then the buyer can use PayPal to pay. Hope that helps! ;)
