This is super sketchy. I highly would recommend AGAINST exchanging currencies through this guy.

First of all, how can anyone trust you since Crypto is absolutely non-refundable while paypal money is easily able to be charged-back. You could easily just take the crypto and leave without the customer being able to do anything about it.

Second of all, why would you need a special code that's "stored in an encrypted database" in order to give support? There shouldn't be any issues after the exchange is done, and if there is, a PayPal TID should be enough proof.
