[CSS] Minor responsive breakpoint issue with theme

If you look closely at the corner of the browser window when resizing the viewport between 800px and 950px wide, you will notice the User Menu, Inbox, and Alerts button "jump" down below the navigation bar. It only happens in a very specific breakpoint where the CSS doesn't cover it.

I think this bug report is literally unnecessary. Not only because there are 10000 other things that need fixing and work but also because the chance of a user hitting that 1px that causes this bug is very small.
