Here at Cubic we always put the customer first so if there's something you're not 100% happy with don't be afraid to say and we'll be sure to change it. cubic focuses on working closely with the customer to ensure full satisfaction with the finished product. PURCHASING PROCESS
- We discuss your request over Skype until you are 100% happy with the request.
- Once you are pleased with your request I will create a sketch of the requested item/product and will show you. If you are happy you may then pay either half, or the full amount of money. If you are not I will modify the sketch to your liking.
- I will then finish the request and return a watermarked version to you. Any necessary modifications will be made and then, if applicable, the rest of the payment will be made followed by us sending you the file.
PLEASE NOTE: In some cases, depending on the size of the request or availability the above process can take a few days, or weeks, depending on the above factors. We do appreciate patience while awaiting the completion of the order. We do make a huge effort to get the graphics done as soon as possible but sometimes there may be a slight delay. We apologise for any situations like this.
