I tried to sell it but someone started sending me email and stuff saying i was scamming on mc-market because he wanted a different username to littlejack05 so i agreed to give him his full $50 back but a month later my account was gone. All i can say is his skype was Mar.


I also check the name checkers and its username know is

My point is, everybody has their flaws and it's absurd to say that you're proposing this because of "morals". We all know you want to make more profit off of capes.

I know multiple people thats account is still unmigrated and play everyday, when they migrate that account the date will show as when they migrated it. They don't have capes but this is very possible to happen to someone with a legit account with a cape that has only recently migrated it and they won't be able to sell it.

EDIT: A while ago someone bought a 2 letter that the owner had left unmigrated right until he sold it, he had the real TID and was definitely the legit owner. If this rule was in place he would not have been allowed to sell despite being the real owner.
