Custom askyblock fork needed

I need a custom askyblock fork with the following things, block stacking (You place a diamond block look at it a do /stackblock and then place more diamond blocks on it. When you place them they get combined with the original one and there is a holographic number display. The is level calculator will take each stacked block and see how much is stacked and multiply that by the level value for diamond), a island top system with a gui that shows how many valuable blocks have been placed, island border (which can be increased with a command), crop booster option, hopper limit increase option, spawner spawning increase upgrade, and "premium drops" upgrade option.
