Custom ban Gui

I am looking for a fully customizable plugin that is compatible with Litebans. I want the plugin to be a performium style gui setup. I want to be able to access the gui with the following command: /tempban (Player). Then a gui will pop up. I would select the item that he is listed as, and it would ban him, mute him, or whatever command I set it to. after I hit what punishment i want him to have, I want the Gui to pop up with 2 buttons. The two buttons would be [Silent] and [Public] for if i choose to use the silent feature of Litebans or not. I am hoping we can make it as customizable as deluxe menus... But if we can't go that far then its perfectly fine. My budget is $20.

You can checkout my plugin LitebansGUI, the plugin is fully open source so you can just modify it.
No need to pay crazy amount of money for this.
