Custom claiming plugin

Hello, I am looking for a custom claiming plugin used for survival.

The main idea of this plugin is to allow players to claim land and protect it from other players and mobs. I know there are other claiming plugins but none really match what I want and I am very picky about what to settle with.

Main features that I am looking for.
- /Map (show a chart sort of close to /f map from factions.)
- /Land claim (Receive a claiming tool to claim land just like Hardcore factions)
- /Land view or /Land border (show the players claimed land with particles)
- /Land info (custom message to show information about the land the player is in if claimed)
- /Land add (adds another player to your land)

I am looking for all editable messages.
entering and exiting messages in chat and action bar.
few placeholders aswell.

I have more ideas that I do want to be implemented but these are just a few main ones.
