Custom Clan Discord bot

Hello there guys!

I am looking for a discord bot for my gaming clan / community, We need the bot to post clan members (role) livestreams to specific channel for all platforms (Facebook, Twitch, Youtube, Mixer), a Welcome message, Automate a role (Trail) when someone posts in a specific channel (recruitment), a cool down on a text channel (they cannot post in specific channel for x amount of time when they join). We also require web scraping for specific games for example we play apex legends so we would like web scraping content from EA (twitter/ea site / youtube) but for other games as well. We would need hosting also, any other suggestions from the dev would be appreciated too.
