We have built a fully functional Creative Plot Server, containing everything you could possibly need, with some extra custom ( not premium ) stuff we had developed that is not really available elsewhere.
The server is running 1.12, every plugin is fully compatible with no errors, no crashes, no TPS spikes. Older plugins were hunted down, redeveloped to work.
We have spent a lot of time configuring every single plugin to a generic standard, this includes things like server names/urls, generic matching color themes, all messages have been spell checked, permissions, ranks etc etc.
This server has been extensively tested with a member base.
About:
Plots is a prebuilt, fully preconfigured Creative server with custom roleplay features, configured chat channels, safe worldedit for ranks, member, donator and staff ranks, it even features a creative PvP arena which members really seemed to enjoy.
The server files are packaged, ready to extract and start straight away.
Features & Plugins:
Im not going to go into detail what each plugin does here, but will detail the more unknown and custom ones.
Custom RolePlay - We have had a roleplay plugin developed based loosely on the chat features from RPEngine which no longer works.
We added plenty of features to it:
[] No OOC chat, rather just a simple toggle, no ugly chat interception
[] Descriptive / shout / whisper chat formatting for the 'in character' chat ( called RPMode )
[] Radius for RP Chat
[] RP User Profile Page / Search - MySQL ( Profiles contain character data like Age, Race etc
[] Admin feature like looking up RP names linked to users.
[] A shortcut GUI which acts as a 'click to do this' panel
Vote reward ready
Ranks are set up - Groupmanager
All plugins are safely configured, ex WorldEdit, NoCheatPlus etc etc
Plots are configured, 99x99 ( for the center ) Original roads etc
Chat channels using venturechat ( global, advertising, local, help, staff )
We bypassed venturechats mail and nick with essentials, can be undone in commands.yml
Creative pvp where users build their kits in creative, then go to a place where they can fight.
Regarding PVP, we are busy developing a very nice pvp scoreboard, which we will send to each member who buys the server.
There's a basic 200x200 (4plot) spawn centerpiece, taste differs so judge for yourself
Donator features implemented and configured like Trails & LibsDisguises
The regions that need protection are protected with worldguard (like PVP and the 'church')
Yes marriage is implemented, but admittedly mostly the standard config ( requires Priest )

While this server is preconfigured and intended to be user friendly, newcomers may find it slightly challenging, feel free to ask for support.
Any support that requires more than average interaction, like configuring your firewall via Teamviewer will be charged at $5
