Hey, I'm Looking Into A Public Multiplayer Minecraft Server I Require A Custom Enchants Plugin I Know There Are Free Ones Out There But None Of Them Have What I Need In Them
I Do Not Have A Set Budget Longs It's Reasonable Just Less Than $100
The Plugin Need The Following
A /Enchanter Command With Five Category's
- Heroic: This Colour Will Be A Bold Dark Red &4&l
- Soul: This Colour Will Be A Bold Dark Purple &5&l
- Legendary: This Colour Will Be A Orange &6&l
- Elite: This Colour Will Be A Bold Light Blue &b&l
Heroic Enchants
- Godly Overload - This Enchant Gives You Extra Hearts Depending On The Level - Applys To All Armour Pieces (Dosen't Stack). Requires Overload 3 To Apply It.[Cannot Be Black Scrolled]
Up To Lvl 4
- Planetary Deathbringer - An increased chance to deal 2.5x damage. Requires Deathbringer III enchant on item to apply. Cannot be black-scrolled. Apply's To All Armour Peices (Dosen't Stack)
Up To Lvl 2
- Paladin Armored - The first stackable heroic enchantment. Negates 150% more enemy sword damage than normal Armored per level. Requires Armoed IV.
Up To Lvl 4
- Divine Enlighted - High chance of healing lots of HP while taking damage. Requires Enlighted III enchant on item to apply. Cannot be black-scrolled.

Soul Enchants
- Immortal
Passive soul enchant. Prevents your armor from taking durability damage in exchange for souls. 20 Souls
Up To Lvl 4
Divine Immolation - Active soul enchant. Your weapons are imbued with divine fire, turning all your physical attacks into Area of Effect spells and igniting divine fire upon all nearby enemies. 20 Souls/second
Up To Lvl 4
Phoenix - Passive soul enchantment. An attack that would normally kill you will instead heal you to full HP. Can only be activated once every couple minutes. 500 Souls

Lifesteal - A chance to regain health when attacking.

Enlighted - Can heal hearts while taking damage.

Kill Aura - Chance to kill multiple monsters in a stack each death event.

Anti Gank - If more than (6-level) enemies hit you in a short period, your outgoing damage will be multiplied by up to 1.5x depending on the amount of enemies nearby.

Overload - Permanent increase in hearts.

Aegis - If you are taking damage from more than (8-level) enemies in a short period, the damage from any additional players beyond that initial group will be halved.

Armored - Decreases damage from enemy swords by 1.85% per level, this enchantment is stackable.

Rage - For every combo hit you land, your damage is multiplied by 1.1x

Valor - Reduces incoming damage while wielding a sword by up to 22.5%. This enchantment is stackable.

Enrage - The lower your HP is, the more damage you deal.

Tank - Decreases damage from enemy axes by 1.85% per level, this enchantment is stackable.
Up To Lvl 4
Dominate - Chance to weaken enemy players on hit, causing them to deal (level x 5%) less damage for (level x 2) seconds.
Up To Lvl 5
Angelic - Heals health over time whenever damaged, this enchantment IS stackable in terms of activation chance; however you can only have 1 active healing task from Angelic at any given time.

Rocket Escape - Blast off into the air at low HP.
