Custom Faction UUID [$30+]

Hello, I am seeking a Custom Faction UUID, for $30.00. This price is bare minimum, depending on the quality of the plugin. There are a few features that can be easily added using the assistance of normal factions. Allow this plugin to be hooked by the normal FactionsUUID Addons. For Custom Prices, You Can Message me on Discord. I will most likely be increasing my buy price depending on the performance of the plugin itself. This can seem like a lot but in actuality, it is not too much since Massive Factions has these already built and similar. The source code for both Factions UUID and Factions (Massive) is available. I will most likely pay more for features that have the {Optional}. Please try to make most of these commands with permission nodes. Truces, with a config that allows changing permissions of truces similar to allies.

• /f Truce
• /f c t (Truce Chat)
• /f c m (Mod Chat, Only for Mods,CoLeaders,Leader)

Access a Player to Specific Chunks (Does not Have to Be In Faction)

• /f Access [p/f] [playername/factionname] [yes/no/all]
• /f access view, /f access list (View who has access to this chunk)
• /f access clear (Remove All Member Access to Owned Chunk)

Addition to /f Owner (Radius)

• /f owner <radius (optional)>

You won't get all, if any of this for $15, and just because a similar plugin exists or it is in a separate faction plugin, doesn't make it worth nothing for a developer to make.

Most of additions you are asking for are already in there like f warp etc..
Also for few other additions like faction fly , there is plugin for that too..
I think buying FUUID and few other plugins will cost you lower than buying custom fork of FUUID - I do not think anyone would make something like that for 30$ , price can go up to 100$...

If they already exist, couldn't you just take code and intergrate it into FactionUUID. The Faction Warps, in FactionUUID lacks the password capability.
