Custom Faction Warzone!

So basically I'm opening a faction server and we do not yet have a custom warzone. I'm looking for something unique & cool. The warzone must be 250x250, and boarded with sea lanturns. The maximum that I will be paying is 10$ USD.

Requirements
Some information on previous builds (Screenshots, etc)
Be creative.
