Looking to purchase a custom factions core and anti cheat to lighten the load on my plugin directory for factions. Current setup:
Quite a bit load intensive. The server maintains about 30-40% maximum memory usage at high capacity player counts, but we're approaching a reset and are not looking forward to unnecessary happenings or extensive restart periods.

You will need to come at me with a direct price quote for one or both items, and a time frame for completion, along with a list of everything you'll need. This could mean plugin jars, config files, etc. Straight forward and to the point. I pay up to 90% up front with reputable users and users I've done business with before I will do a full on 100%. Just need the core finished. You will need to supply previous works and / or vouches to prove you're legit. Do not come to me if you dont have the time nor resources to do the entirety of one of the above projects.
Fair warnings:
-We use Luckperms. Not pex.
-We have quite a few custom plugins from scratch. Including Custom Enchants so this may interfere with anti cheat.
-I will be comparing your prices/offers to other users.
Why dont I use one of my current devs?
Longey, the head of development, is out sick.
Squiddied is busy working on 2 plugins. Cant increase his current work load.
GB6 is about to be tasked with 3 new projects. No time for a core.
NGrad is currently working on our skyblock release.
It's very busy currently which is why Im branching out to 3rd parties.
Yes, we are also hiring devs. There is always a lot to be done at hammer and quite a lot of people to help you. Right now is just a heavily resource intensive period for our team. We currently pay PER PROJECT. Thank you,
