Custom Factions Plugin

Hey MCM Unovone here and i'm i need of an experienced developer that is able to help me with a custom factions plugin. Here are a list of some of the things I would like.

Commands:

• /f coowner -
• /f access p,player <player> [yes/no=toggle] grant player access
• /f access f,faction <faction> [yes/no=toggle] grant faction access
• /f access f,faction <faction> <raidus> [yes/no=toggle] grants factions access of chosen radius
• /f access p,player <player> <raidus> [yes/no=toggle] grants players access of chosen radius
  
• /f accessall all p,player <player> grants players all access
• /f accessall all f,faction <faction> grants factions all access
• /f accessfly f,faction [yes/no=toggle] allows players to set what factions can and cant fly in their land
• /f accessfly p,player [yes/no=toggle] allows players to set what players can and cant fly in their land
• /f fly allows player to fly in faction and ally land
• /f leader <player> grants player leader of the faction

These are only the CUSTOM commands I want added on I would like to add the rest of the normal factions commands if I said commands that already exsist I wanted to make sure they get added.

I would also like to add a custom Core plugin sorta like the Archons with a little twist if you are able to do this for me please add me on skype @ ayejae5 I have a budget of AROUND $50 (look at the around)

This will take time and i know that i have been bailed on 3 times due to lack of time and i don't want it to happen again so please only add me if you have the time.
