Custom Factions Server Spawn and Warzone

Hi! I was looking for someone to build a custom spawn area, warzone, and KoTH area for a factions server!

I'm looking for:

• Custom Spawn (250 x 250 or around that size) with drop in to warzone area outside of spawn (500x500)
• Crate opening area (6 chests) inside spawn
• Enchanting area (inside spawn)
• Pig grinder with around 5 spawners
• KOTH Area in Warzone (preferably North Warzone)
