Custom Feudal Spawn

Hello everyone,

I am looking to have a custom spawn, warzone/Koth area & spleef arena built for a feudal game mode server. I am looking to make this a Medieval Themed server.

Basic Requirements:

• Placed on my existing map
  
• The space available for the build is 140X140.
• Warzone and Spleef can be in a different location if preferred.
  • I would like it to be themed as a village
• YOU WILL NEED TO VISIT this server IN GAME to see the setup for the builds. Envoys and such in marketplace. 167.114.141.237:10042 (Especially Signs)

Spawn:

• Centrally located "spawn point"
  • With status signs for Feudal & Mcmmo like sample server
• Signs pointing to different areas
• Tutorial area
  • Room 1 - Explain/Pick Class, job, & attributes
  • Room 2 - Explain land claim system
  • Room 3 - Explain combat system
• Crates area
  • 4 Crates
  • setup like sample server provided above
• Marketplace
  • Item Shop
  • Enchantment Shop
  • Blacksmith
  • Tinkerer
  • Bank
  • Casino
  • Fisherman/Fishing tournament area
• Portal Stations
  • Random TP station
  • KOTH/Envoy Station
  • Spleef Station

Warzone:

• Warzone should be square and easily selectable in worldedit
  • This will make it easily changed as server grows (seasonally)
• Koth "Hill" should be VERY easy to find/spot
  
• Warzone should be large enough to make finding the envoy chests fun and not too easy
• Walled off with only 1 entrance
  
• Room for signs near entrance with status, like sample server

Spleef Arena:

• Spectator Area
  
• Spleef Fighting Area should be square and easily selectable in worldedit
  • This will make it easily changed as server grows (seasonally)

I do, and I am not sure what is a good budget for this. I am aware of the amount of work required though and fair offers will be accepted
