Hello, my name is James & I own a Minecraft Citylife RP Economy Server! I am interested in a jail plugin for the server, custom made!

This is how the plugin needs to work:

So when I cuff somebody and bring them over to a platform in the police station it automatically jails them based on how many players they killed, and there also needs to be a command so I can /jail if they commited a robbery or other crime instead of a killing spree. Once they step on the platform they should be taken to one of 5 vacant jail cells that I should be able to set. This plugin needs a permission to do the /jail. & When they are in the jail it shows a sign with their jail reason along with the time they are jailed for actively moving.
