Custom Per-World Hardcore Plugin

Hello!
I'm the owner of Minecraft OASIS, an SMP server with a small and fun community. One of the features/ sidequest type things that we want to add, is a Hardcore mode using another world. We run on Paper Spigot, and we have Multiverse to manage our worlds.

We want a custom plugin so that players can join a hardcore world, apart from the survival world. If they die in the hardcore world once, they can't join that world again and therefore will have to stick to only surviving.

Can we make this happen?
