Hello, I was looking to get some appraisals for a custom enchant plugin.
This plugin needs to meet specific requirements for me to look into further and I will put a few of the points I need it to cover below.

• Specific enchants like - Efficiency Upgrade, Fortune Upgrade (blacklistable blocks to not be effected by fortune), Nuke, and others.
• Hooks into specific plugins like: MRL, AutoSell by Clip, and other specific plugins
• Very customizable configuration & looks per enchantment.
