Custom Plugin 1.16.1

hello everyone. today i am requesting a plugin to be made for minecraft 1.16.1. i have tried to get this plugin made multiple times but each time has failed. im offering 50 AUD to anyone who can make this plugin work for me.

What i need:

this plugin is an attack on titan theme.

Players with the permission "titan.shift"
can use the command /shift

Using the /shift command will summon a lightning bolt above the player. and then summon a giant with the custom name "Titan" (name must be configurable) and 250 health and regeneration 1. (must be configurable with the ability to add more potion effects in config if needed)

When this giant is summoned. the player who sent the command must be put as the passenger for the giant and be able to control the giant with W,A,S,D and SPACEBAR.

if the player LEFT MOUSE CLICKS with an empty hand whilst riding a giant. it will summon an explosion at the hands of the giant (this is to recreate a sort of punching effect) with a cooldown of 1.5 seconds (cooldown must be configurable)

Whilst the player is inside the giant. they cannot take any damage. if the giant is killed the player then becomes vulnerable again.

when a player is inside a giant. and they LEFT SHIFT to get out of the giant. it will despawn the giant with a cloud of smoke.

when a player enters the command /shift. they are given a 5 minute cooldown before being able to enter the command again (cooldown must be configurable)

if a giant walks over an entity, it must deal 5 hearts of damage to that entity (like stomping)
(damage must be configurable)

if it is possible, i would also like to add the ability to equip the giant with armor/tools in the config.
