Seems to be an impersonator, just due to the simple fact the Skype found on his account is:
"therickardsatavoca"
and also, his name being "FinSkyMedia" although his brothers name is Skye,

I may be wrong, but I honestly think this is an impersonation.

Personally I do think this may be an impersonator however if you look at Fin's official website Sky's name is spelt as Sky not skye
