Custom Skyblock Setup NEEDED!

I am looking for a very well put together unique skyblock setup. The reason i am requesting instead of just buying one that someone is selling in another thread is because i want something that is truly unique and will keep my player base interested. 20+ fully configured plugins is the least i'm expecting. Id like staff & donator ranks to be fully configured with permissionsEX or Group Manager and any other plugins fully configured.

I will pay 20$ via paypal for this project.

I bought my sky-block setup for 150$ But of course it had bunch of custom plugins.
